Be Your Brother’s Keeper
All members and executives of Gofta Multi-purpose Co-operative Society welcome you, our brothers and sisters to this great and wonderful year 2011. We want to inform you that people are already showing appreciation to the services we are rendering to the people of Edo state, especially to those in the grassroot. The need to write this information is based on the fact that you need to be intimated about activities in the organization you intend to be part of.

We need your support to continue to make life meaningful to those who could not find the opportunity to live the kind of lifestyles they desired. Since 2006, we have been helping people to realize the reality of human existence. The truth is that many people were almost fed up with life because they were treated like slaves in their own father’s house. But with the emergence of this great human eucalyptus ‘Goftagroup’, these ones have found succor.

There is need for you to join the train. At least to take care of one person among the many persons
Goftagroup caters for. There are several areas we would like you to assist this group in order to realize the value of the good work we have started so that we can make life meaningful for others.

Do You Want To Support Us?
We might not have known you by name or by appearance, but we know you exist. So, whatever support you decide to give to these ones in the grass-root through Goftagroup, will sound louder or make more sense for them than you ever expected.

Do you think anything good can ever come out of Africa in the area of agriculture?
Please give your comment and tell us why you thus offer such answer.
This question becomes very relevant because there are insinuations that blacks are
made as slaves for the white that they don’t have the ability to make meaningful
sense. What is your view? Some reasons why they believe that Blacks are not made to be master rather than slaves
Are:
1.      They don’t know how to exhibit true love
2.      They don’t have the spirit of giving
3.      They don’t have a waiting attitude
4.      They don’t know the meaning of trust
5.      Their hearts are black like their skin
6.      Africans hate smile
7.      They are not innovative
8.      Black man always believe in violence
9.      What blacks are acquainted with is to sit and wait for the white to feed them with their technologies. Even in the area of agricultural development
We have resolved in Goftagroup that we the officials and active members of this great organization will never relent in our urge t reposition the farming sector of Edo State Economy.
It seem like a taboo when the president of the federal republic mentioned recently that he doesn’t know why some governors are crying woof  because they claim that the federal government does not give them allocation for some months now.
He ask whether they cannot govern the people without allocation. He also mentioned that many opportunities have been open for them, but that they fail to utilize them.
What opportunities do you think the president was talking about? For instance in Edo State, agriculture alone if given the required attention can turn around for good all aspect of the economy of the state.
It is sad to say that the most corrupt ministry in the state is both the ministry of agriculture and the ministry of commerce, co-operative department.
The state government needs to do real work in these ministries in order to revamp it
